How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your status directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is your return policy for beauty products?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Please initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Are Lakmē products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most Lakmē products are dermatologically tested. However, we recommend checking the full ingredient list on the product page or performing a patch test before full application.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select locations.
