At Lakmē, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box to prevent damage.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
